– Long man helped women to get pregnant (těhotná – rituals (people passes these legends)

– strange things are happening there
– sometimes it is difficult to touch the stone, there is a fence around it
– nowadays they try to preserve the history – it is visited by abroad tourists, not Brits
– it is situated in the southeastern part of England
Celtic period
– they stayed in the area of Wales
– nowadays English in Wales is quite similar to old Celtic languages, The Celtic heritage (dědictví) is the strongest felt (plst) in Wales
– they divided into:
1) Irish (in the north)
2) Welsh (stay)
3) Gaelic (spread around)
– very small kingdoms
– strict rules for being together
– Queen Bodicea – led Britons against the Romans
– she is said to be a bloody person but in fact she was very clever
– she had a very attractive daughter – she used her in the fight
